Cremation Garden - Coming in 2026
Groveland has completed the initial planning and permitting steps for adding a Cremation Garden in the North area by Sections 7 & 8. Our goal is to provide additional cremation burial options using the limited space available. The plan addresses the increasing utilization of cremation burials and provides a beautiful setting while retaining the character of the cemetery. We are currently awaiting the installation of Phase One in the fall of 2026. Phase One includes the creation of the walkway and the circular columbarium, which is ordered and is under construction. The second phase will include the curved columbarium units as illustrated below.
